Every order is handled with intention.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details once it ships.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Prepaid orders receive free domestic delivery. Cash on Delivery orders include a ₹100 COD charge.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment in real time through the courier's website.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship across India. International shipping availability will be announced through our channels. Remote or restricted areas may experience extended delivery windows.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
