Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags intact
• Free from fragrance, stains, or visible use

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email hello@mannerizzm.com with your order number and reason for return
• Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
• If approved, we'll send you return instructions and the shipping address
• Pack the item securely and ship it back within 3 days of approval
• Share the tracking number with us once dispatched

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us before initiating a return if you'd like to exchange for a different size. We'll confirm availability and guide you through the process.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
